Jeff has helped his clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals for over 25 years. Certified by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, his training programs are uniquely tailored to each client. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your performance or just improve your health, coach Wolfson has a program to meet your needs. Specialty workouts can include functional training, peripheral heart action, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for individuals or groups.
Jeanne has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She has helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals and function at their healthiest, combining nutrition and a love of movement. Jeanne believes that real fitness must address more than just the physical body. Holistic health must incorporate body, mind, and spirit. She specializes in coaching people using the Human Design System, and anxiety prevention techniques. She has a passion for working in the fields of mental and physical health and wellness. Her mission is to motivate, teach and inspire people to live their best lives and reach their highest potentials.
